Returns & Exchanges

At Haven & Hill Gift House, we take great care in creating and curating our pieces. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 14 days of delivery so we can assist you.

Unwanted items must be returned within 30 days of delivery. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items must be returned in their original condition; any items returned with signs of wear or damage may result in a reduction in refund to reflect loss of value.

Due to their bespoke nature, the following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, unless they arrive damaged or defective:

  • Custom or personalised items, including crowns
  • Digital downloads
